Refund policy

Is an item damaged or does it not meet your expectations?

If you send us an email within 2 weeks or use the return link below, the item can be exchanged or the purchase amount will be refunded. (Articles 6 to 10 of the General Terms and Conditions)

The 2-week period starts from the moment the package is delivered to you. If possible, please include a photo if the item is damaged, so we can better assess whether it is still worthwhile to return the item. A photo may also help us contact the manufacturer or carrier if necessary and improve our service.

We will send you a free return label by email, and you can drop off the package at one of the carrier's service points. After notifying us that you wish to return the item, you have 2 weeks to send the package back. Once we have received the package, we will refund the full purchase amount.

Request a return or cancellation

In summary:

  • if you are not satisfied or the item is damaged, you can receive a replacement or a refund if you notify us within 2 weeks,
  • the item can be returned within 2 weeks after notifying us, using a free return label that you will receive by email,
  • full refund within 2 business days after we receive the package,
  • in case of damage, please include a photo with your notification if possible, although this is of course not mandatory.

Statutory 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without having to provide a reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We are affiliated with Webshop Keurmerk, and you can therefore submit a complaint to the Webshop Keurmerk Disputes Committee via info@keurmerk.info (please also see Article 17 of the General Terms and Conditions).
