Shipping policy

General

We do our utmost to meet the stated shipping times. However, if circumstances cause any delays or changes, we will always notify you. If the revised delivery time does not suit you, you may change or cancel your order, and the amount paid will be refunded within 3 business days. If you need an item sooner, please let us know. We will certainly try to find a suitable solution.  

Delivery time

Deliveries to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany:

Once payment has been successfully completed, the package will be delivered within 1-3 business days.

If you have selected an item that is available to order, the delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks. The website clearly indicates when an item is supplied to order; all other items are in stock.

If your order contains both items that are in stock and items that are available to order, the entire package will be shipped once all items are available, with a maximum delivery time of 2 to 3 weeks.

For engraving orders, the standard delivery time is max. 2 weeks. If you need something urgently, please contact us and we will let you know immediately whether the required delivery time is possible.

Deliveries outside the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany

You will always receive an email in advance confirming the exact delivery time and shipping method.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process.

No shipping costs are charged for orders delivered to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

For shipping to other countries, the shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process after selecting the desired destination. Available destinations are: France, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Poland, Luxembourg, Austria, Ireland and the United Kingdom.

If, in exceptional circumstances, different shipping costs apply due to the nature or size of the items ordered than those calculated in the shopping cart, you will first receive an email informing you of this. You may then revise your order if you wish.

For shipping to other destinations, we can always provide a quotation upon request.
