Gun Control Laws
The weapons laws in the Netherlands and Belgium are essentially comparable with regard to the swords and daggers available for purchase from us.
- To make a purchase, you must be 18 years old or have permission from an authorized person (e.g., a parent).
- You are free to keep the swords and daggers we sell in your home without a special permit.
- During transport, the (decorative) coat of arms must always be stored away and must not be left out in the open.
- If the weapon is used inappropriately, it automatically becomes an illegal or prohibited weapon, and that is a criminal offense. Consider, for example, using it as a means of intimidation.

All swords, axes, spears, and knives in our online store are decorative replicas. They are not sharp, not functional, and not suitable for combat, training, or self-defense. You may only use them for cosplay, collecting, non-contact reenactments, film/theater props, or decoration.
These products are designed for display purposes only, not for actual cutting, stabbing, or striking. Therefore, always use them exclusively as decorations or costume accessories.
